The Biden Regime Admits to Having No Records on Roughly 400,000 Illegal Alien Released Into the United States

Olivia Rondeau of The Post Millennial reported that the Biden regime has “no records” of roughly 400,000 illegal aliens released into the interior of the United States.

Despite using “tracking devices”, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has conceded to having “no records” of 377,980 illegal aliens enrolled in its “Alternatives to Detention” program. Under this program, the illegal alien invaders are released into the country’s interior with electronic tracking devices.

On December 22, 2022, ICE sent a letter to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), that was in response to their Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information on developments concerned with the non-detention program.

“ICE has conducted a search of the ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) for records responsive to your request and no records responsive to your request were found,” stated Brian Hearn, a supervisory paralegal specialist at ICE.

TRAC assistant professor Austin Kocher published the news on Twitter.

“ICE’s response that they could no longer find records on immigrants in Alternatives to Detention (ATD) that they had previously released came as a shock, particularly after they informed us recently that they had been misleading the public for several months by releasing extremely inaccurate ATD data,” Kocher said to the Daily Caller.

“The agency really needs to come clean. The American public deserves to have accurate data about the ATD program,” Kocher continued.

The ATD program was developed in 2004 to track the location of migrants released into the US interior through the use of GPS tracking devices.

Thus far in 2022, there were approximately 599,000 “gotaways” at the border. This refers to illegal aliens who have fled law enforcement after going into the US interior.

There’s clearly dereliction in the highest echelons of the US government when it comes to immigration enforcement. It’s going to take Republican-controlled states, in the meantime, to step up and secure the border. It’s the least they can do in this existential crisis moment that the feds have willingly chosen to ignore.
