Alex Christoforou of The Duran is Banned from YouTube for One Week

Alex Christoforou, one of the hosts of the YouTube geopolitics channel The Duran, had his YouTube channel banned for one week due to “medical misinformation” that was present in a video he posted in 2021.
In the video, which he published back in September 23, 2021, Christoforou commented on a Summit News article titled “WTH Is This? Tucker Carlson Reveals ‘Satanism’ Powerpoint Slide Presented To Army To Promote Vaccination.”
On July 12, 2022, Christoforou made a post on The Duran’s Telegram updating his followers about his situation:
My Alex Christoforou channel on YouTube will be banned from posting and monetisation on YouTube for one week for ‘medical misinformation’ for a video from last year, where I commented this Summit News article:

Christoforou followed up with another post suggesting that his mentioning of “Satan” likely triggered the YouTube ban:

YouTube said that this video was “medical misinformation”, but maybe
the Satan part was what really set them off.
Since being banned, Christoforou has been posting on Odysee, Rumble, and Locals.
Christoforou and his partner Alexander Mercouris have been some of the loudest proponents of geopolitical realism on YouTube. Moreover, they have stood in opposition to the US Deep State’s efforts to destabilize foreign regimes, ranging from Russia to Iran.
The fact that YouTube went out of its way to dig up a video from almost a year ago to justify its ban against Christoforou shows the level of desperation among Big Tech censors.
The powers that be know that their interventionist projects are thoroughly unpopular and can be completely dismantled by the likes of people at The Duran. Hence, the Big Tech Masters of Universe’s decision to silence Christoforou.
These people can’t win on logic, so they resort to petty censorship to shackle dissent.
