Biden Regime Vows to Use Legal “Response” Following Federal Court’s Decision to Declare DACA Illegal

Following the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals’ recent ruling to declare Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) to be illegal, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas declared that he was “deeply disappointed.” In light of this development, Mayorkas stated that his department will work with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to create an “appropriate legal response.” The case is now being kicked back to a lower court while roughly
600,000 DACA recipients currently residing in the United States. will be able to stay in the program.
“The Department of Justice respectfully disagrees with the decision and will continue to vigorously defend the lawfulness of DACA as this case proceeds,” DOJ spokesperson Dena Iverson said to the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The October 5, 2022 decision was part of a 2018 lawsuit that was put forward by 9 Republican states challenging the legality of then-President Barack Obama’s 2012 DACA program.
“DACA—part of Dems’ program to flood our country with aliens—is illegal & will stay enjoined. Huge victory for the Rule of Law in America!,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton declared in a tweet on October 7, 2022.
Back in August, the Biden regime attempted to codify DACA as a federal regulation before the latest federal court decision. In July 2021, a federal judge determined that the Biden regime couldn’t process new DACA applications, which the Biden regime subsequently appealed.
“Today, we are taking another step to do everything in our power to preserve and fortify DACA, an extraordinary program that has transformed the lives of so many Dreamers,” Mayorkas said after this ruling was made.
According to a Daily Caller report, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced it will continue accepting DACA renewal requests and will accept new requests without processing them.
The Biden regime is obsessed with expanding the open borders program that DC has built over the past 60 years. DACA is just the latest way these people want to accelerate the election of a new people. Even if DACA is fully capsized, the mass migration boosters will look for new avenues to enact their agenda. This requires eternal vigilance on the part of immigration patriots.
