Border Patrol Chief Believes Biden Regime Policies are Creating a Crisis at the Border

The New York Post reported that Raul Ortiz, the chief of US Border Patrol, criticized Joe Biden’s “no consequences” immigration policy for driving the surge in illegal immigrants entering the US.
Ortiz made the revelations about Biden’s lax border security policies during a recorded deposition that is part of a lawsuit Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody filed against the Department of Homeland Security.
“In my experience, we have seen increases when there are no consequences,” Ortiz said in the deposition that took place in July. Fox News Digital obtained this deposition digital.
A Florida state attorney subsequently asked Ortiz if additional migrants would continue crossing the border due to the lack of border enforcement.
“There is an assumption that if migrant populations are told that there is a potential that they may be released, that, yes, you can see increases,” he responded.
Furthermore, Ortiz claimed that many migrants who have invaded the country were doing so because they knew there was a good chance they would be allowed to stay under the Biden regime’s lax border and interior enforcement policies.
In addition, Ortiz revealed that the number of encounters border patrol officers had with migrants this fiscal year has already surpassed the fiscal year 2021’s total.
When asked about whether illegal alien invaders had an unfavorable view of Trump and his policies, Ortiz said, “They had an unfavorable view.” This marks a significant contrast with the present Biden regime, which is viewed more favorably due to its pro-open borders policies.
The attorney subsequently asked Ortiz if “aliens illegally entering the United States perceive that they will be able to enter and remain in the United States” since Biden was installed as president.
“Yes,” Ortiz replied.
Straight from the horse’s mouth. It’s astounding to see the level of negligence on display by the federal government on immigration matters. No one can honestly expect the Biden regime to reverse course.
However, mainline Republicans can’t be trusted on this matter either. It will take the America First faction getting into power to see any meaningful immigration reforms go into effect.
The present ruling class in the DC Swamp is simply not up to the task of defending the Historic American Nation from the foreign invaders Zerg Rushing our border.
